Guest list & tables
A spreadsheet with Last Name, First Name and their assigned Table Number. Seat number is optional — include it if your setup uses per-seat assignments.
Menu list
Your reception menu divided by course — starters, mains, desserts, drinks. Food photos are optional but recommended. We can work with or without them.
Venue details
Name and full address of your ceremony and reception venues. We'll add Google Maps links automatically so guests can get directions with one tap.
Also helpful to include: Event date & time, event program/timeline, floor plan image (if available), coordinator name & phone number, and any branding preferences (colors, fonts, motif).

The page shows a "name not found" message with your event organizer's contact number, so guests can get help immediately at the registration desk.
Yes. Just message us with the updated list and we'll apply the changes before your event date. Last-minute additions are no problem.
Your coordinator gets a separate PIN-protected URL. They open it on any phone, enter the PIN, and see a live dashboard — total checked in, arrival progress, who arrived last, and a searchable full guest list sorted by time or table.
Available on Pro and Pro Max plans. Guests can upload photos and short videos directly from the event page to the couple's shared cloud storage. The couple receives every upload in real time and keeps access for 6 or 12 months depending on the plan.
We typically deliver your event page within 2–3 business days after receiving all the details. For rush requests, message us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
