Event Businesses
Offer a complete digital guest experience as part of your own service offering. Built for event coordinators, planners, agencies, and event businesses, the TOL Events White-Label License lets you deliver Advanced or Premier experiences under your own identity, while TOL handles the underlying technology.
- Your identity, throughout.Use your own branding and logo, with no visible “TOL” or “TOL Events” branding anywhere in the customer-facing experience. The only unavoidable TOL reference is the TOL-hosted URL/link itself.
- Advanced & Premier events only.Bring the features of your chosen eligible plan into your own service offering. Essential events are not eligible.
- Built for commercial use.An annual commercial white-label license for qualifying businesses, with standard, non-exclusive access. Full white-label delivery is separate from the coordinator co-branding included in a regular Premier event.

This ₱100,000 license fee is separate from your event costs. Each event is still billed at its regular Advanced (₱3,999) or Premier (₱7,999) plan price — white-labeled at no extra charge for your first 10 events. Allocation resets each license year.

- One license. Twenty events.Your annual fee covers 20 photo experiences, with no additional event-plan fee for those included events. Standard access is non-exclusive, with a flat fee for additional events.

Talk to TOLDo guests need an app or an account?
No app download or guest login is needed. Guests scan the QR code or open your link in their phone’s browser.
What do I need to send you?
A spreadsheet with guest names and table assignments, plus your floor plan, menu, program, and venue details. We’ll use these to build and brand your event page.
How long does setup take?
Typically 2–3 business days after we receive all your details. For rush requests, message us with your event date so we can check availability.
Can the guest list be updated?
Yes. Send us the revised list before your event and we’ll apply the changes. If a guest’s name isn’t found on the day, the page shows the organizer’s contact details so they can get help.
How does the coordinator dashboard work?
Your coordinator receives a separate PIN-protected link. They can see live check-ins, arrival progress, and a searchable guest list, then export attendance as a CSV. Available on Advanced and Premier.
Which plan includes RSVP and the Help Widget?
The Premier plan includes the guided RSVP wizard, live response tracking, dietary requirements, gift registry, and Concierge Help Widget. These inclusions follow the plans shown on this page.
How do photo sharing and Memory Match differ?
Photo & video sharing lets guests contribute memories to the event gallery on Advanced and Premier. Premier adds an official photography gallery and Memory Match by TOL, which uses a selfie to help guests find matching official photos.
How long can we access shared photos?
Advanced includes 1 month of storage. Premier includes 3 months, with up to 2,000 official photos and original-file downloads. Download the memories you want to keep within your plan’s storage period.
Is TOL Events just for weddings?
It’s also for debuts, birthdays, corporate dinners, graduations, church events, and other celebrations. Tell us about your gathering and we’ll tailor the experience.
